Recent Donation to a Local Village School
Updated: Aug 4, 2021
After the military coup began, students along with teachers of public government schools participated in the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) to show disapproval of the coup. As a result, most of the students who participated in CDM had to transfer to schools in their local villages. The local village schools have a limited supply of stationery and uniforms, thus, students are in high need of basic education essentials to learn adequately. As such, FMO volunteers have stepped up and donated 1,800,000 MMK worth of materials to the local village school.
We need your help and support as we fight for a true Democracy where our country’s future leaders can access education with no limits. The revolution must prevail. We must win to end this terrorism once and for all.
